After the survey is completed, they keep you informed whenever needed—reporting included—and are always available to answer questions.In terms of the home survey itself, they can provide any level of detail you require, both verbally and in writing, whenever you ask. Not only did she go through every point in the report with me over the phone, but when I later called with a few follow-up questions, she responded promptly and explained everything in detail.
